How do I Turn Off Assistive Access feature on my iPhone?

I need to turn off assistive access, but my lock button doesn't work. Only thing i can do is use Apple Pay. Help please

Thank you. Can you access Control centre by swiping up from the bottom of the screen ? (on some iPhone models it is swipe down from the top).


If so ... see if you can use the + sign to add a control for assistive access (see steps below) . You can then use te control you added to exit assistive access.


  1. To change the features available in Control Center, open Control Center, tap  in the top-left corner, then tap Add a Control.
  2. Tap a control to add it to Control Center. Scroll down to see more controls, including categories of controls for accessibility, hearing, mobility, and vision.

From the Home screen : see if you can use Settings > General > Accessiblity to Turn off Assistive Touch

or

Quickly turn accessibility features on or off on iPhone - Apple Support

Eg: says:

"You can quickly turn many accessibility features on or off by clicking or pressing an iPhone button or tapping the back of iPhone. You can also use Control Center, Siri, or Vocal Shortcuts."
