Airplay to lg tv

Had been broadcasting my Spectrum TV app to our LG TVs for years with no problems. The last couple of months, it finds the TV, but stops at the Airplay screen, but does not connect the video. Have reset everything. On the same Wi-Fi (Xfinity) with TV and IPads.

AirPlay suddenly unable to connect to TV I have been using AirPlay for years from my iPad to Samsung TV. Never any major problems. Now suddenly I get the message “unable to connect”. Updated iPas iOS to latest version. Disconnected TV and reconnected it. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Airplay says connected on tv but video isn’t broadcasting on tv My Roku tv was working fine with Airplay just the other day. Then I tried to airplay today and it won’t work. TV and iPad are on the same network, no firewall, I’ve restarted both the TV and the IPad twice. The tv screen just says ‘connected to device’ but nothing shows up. The iPad says ‘this video is playing on Roku TV. So I have no idea what’s the problem.

you can try to pull the plug of the tv wifi router and restart the iPad

but it could also be that your spectrum app has taken steps to block airplay app developers are allowed to do that as airplay strip their media of their copy protection encryption DRM hdcp
