laCie 2014 (led eye) not connecting to MacBook 2013.
Does not even show up in my mac. Nothing nonexistent. Last time I connected them was six years ago. I can hear the LaCie disc working and the led eye is on but nothing. Please help.

Is the LaCie connected directly to your Macbook Pro USB port or through a hub? If the latter, do a direct connection to a port on the computer
