Philips PicoPix Nano PPX120 doen't support file resolution

Hello, I have recently bought a Philips PicoPix Nano PPX120 projector but when trying to display jpg or png files from a USB (FAT format) stick, the reply is always the same ”Warning: resolution not supported”. Files are copied from a MacBook to the stick and file resolution is very different among them. I suppose there should be something basically wrong in using the Mac or...?

Odd that Philips would not inform what image formats they accept in this device. Certainly not in the user manual, though that manual does mention an aspect ratio adjustment setting.

You might consider checking if Philips has a firmware update available for this projector and if their support staff can clarify if this is a Windows-only supported projector, and what image format(s) are accepted by the projector.
