How can I speak with live agent regarding App store purchases?

I am looking at the purchase history of my Calm App and it's charging me for the App when I get this for free through my health insurance. I can see that they have a record of this, but they are charging my credit card. How do I find someone to speak with regarding this?

Any help would be appreciated :)

If you had signed up for a subscription to Calm in the app, Apple has no idea you have another subscription being billed through your Health Insurance. Only the developer of Calm could possible realize you have 2 subscriptions. To cancel your Apple subscription, go here:

View or cancel app subscriptions on iPhone - Apple Support


You may also have a different user name for the Calm App from your Health Insurance subscription, so if you need help using that subscription with Calm, you can contact them here:
