So I've replaced my SE 2020s battery due to low health but its saying unknown part when its apple genuine its serialized and official when I connect it to 3utools on my PC so how do I fix this I saw something called Repair Assistant on iOS 18 devices but its only on iPhone 12 or later so I'm guessing the SE doesnt have it so how can I fix this so I can see my battery health and my iPhone doesnt show me an unknown part error

If the battery is genuine, it was installed at an Apple Store or authorized Apple service shop by an authorized Apple technician.
Since that is the case here, you need return to the shop to have them fix things for you.
Now, if you are really saying that you installed a battery yourself that you thought was "genuine".....it wasn't....since the battery would only be available for installation at an Apple Store or authorized Apple repair shop and they would not sell a battery unless it was also installed by them.
If it turns out that the wrong battery was installed, Battery Health will never be displayed, and Apple will refuse to service the phone because of unauthorized tampering. The trade in value of the phone becomes zero as well.

No, I'm sorry, but you missed the part in my reply above that told you that the Apple Store or an authorized Apple shop will refuse to service your phone because it has non-genuine parts installed and because of tampering by unauthorized person(s).
You can certainly try to take the phone to an authorized Apple shop if you want, but I think you will be disappointed. Unfortunately, a hard lesson here.
Stop using 3UTools. It is a very poorly written hacking program and gives very inaccurate readings.
