How to fix unclickable/greyed cellular button in settings?

Hello. I have an iPhone 14 Pro and as of yesterday, it seems as though the cellular button in my settings is unable to be selected. Also I randomly had my network display show SOS and my cellular say "no SIM”. While contacting my network provider to fix the no SIM issue, I ran into this problem. Also I have the latest IOS 18.2.1. I already tried powering down, soft reset, reset network, reset all settings nothing seems to be working. Please offer any guidance!
