Converting Voice Memos to MP3 on iPhone

I use my voice memos app to record and then I upload my records on other apps

the problem is that the records are on MPEG extension and that’s not helpful for many

so I really want to know if I can convert them to MP3 without the need to use any app

a change in the settings or anything like that

Macbook Air with Ventura won't convert voice memos M4a to MP3 on Music app I just bought a new Macbook Air refurbished with Ventura 13 operating system and I cannot convert voice memos from my iphone to mp3 through itunes (it's no longer called itunes, but Music with a red icon). My previous Macbook air was Sonoma and I could easily record a voice memo on my iphone 12 [VoiceMemos (iPhone Version 17.1.2 (Build 21B101], and import into itunes and convert it to mp3. Now I cannot. When I click on convert on my present laptop, it's not giving me the option and not even lighting up as an option. I need to be able to convert voice memos to mp3 for my job as a voice over artist for auditions. What is a way around this?

How do I transfer voice recordings from my iPhone to PC? How can I get my Voice Recording to my PC. I have updated the iPhone, iTunes etc and I understand that they should appear under Music but they do not. The ideal way would be to read them from Internal Storage when USB connected. I used to be able to save the Voice Recording to iCloud but this option does not seem to be available [Re-Titled by Moderator]
