i have a 64gb iphone 11, when i go into software update it is telling me i need 7.75gb of storage to download and update. i have 9.89gb of storage avalible and im still unable to update.

7.75 GB may not be enough. I did a search and many sites are saying you can need well over 10 GB to complete an update. One thing you could try is updating the iPhone with the help of a Mac or PC – that might reduce the need for storage, compared to updating entirely from the phone itself.
