No hearing test in ios18.3 for Australia

Hearing Test/Aid has been approved by the Australian Government but wasn't in the IOS 18.3 download.

It's not on the list of countries in which that feature is available:

When it will appear none of us here, who are all just fellow users, can say.

Apple does not disclose fixed timelines for implementation of features and services. The person you spoke to at a support level literally had no idea. Those that do know (way above tier 1 support team members) have all signed Nondisclosure Agreements and are not risking their jobs.


Basically, it’ll be released when all legal hurdles are cleared and Apple fells the market is ready.

Apple rarely if ever releases dates features may be released in the future. Not even to their support or store staff.
