Missing Face ID and Passcode settings

So I’m having trouble with the spatial idea on my phone I have to let my lady get her face in it every time or I have to put in a passcode. How do I get the facial ID? There is no used to be. I don’t know where it went where it was no longer there Will not help me open the setting.
