Can't download anything on iPhone 11 Pro

Ive been using my iPhone 11 Pro for the past few years without any problems, but a few weeks ago (not sure exactly when) i noticed it stopped updating apps.

Now, if i try to update or download an app through App Store it stays at "Waiting" forever.

If i try to install the newest iOS software update its stuck on requesting update or gets stuck on paused

Things i have already tried to fix the problem:

Log in and out of Apple account on the iPhone

Force restart the iPhone using "volume up, volume down, power button" until apple logo appears

Reset iPhone network settings

Disable/enable automatic software updates

Keep it plugged in while downloading apps or updates

Connect it to my windows PC and update using iTunes, this time it said that network isnt stable or something like that

Nothing has worked so far, my Wi-fi is perfectly fine and nothing about it has changed, i can use the iPhone just fine to connect to Wi-fi and watch youtube and use Apps, but if it has to download or update something its just stuck :/
