AirPods Generation 4's issue with Windows

Hello,

I have a Windows 10 desktop computer.

Ouput devices:

Airpods Hands-Free AG Audio

Airpods Stereo

Input:

Airpods Hands-Free AG Audio

When they are connected to my laptop they either

- Connect successfully and work for a little bit, then randomly disconnect

- Connect successfully, but sound does not work at all

Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this? I am using Third Party Software such as MagicPods (An Application via the Microsoft store that allows for greater connectivity and accessibility with AirPods), and FxSound (An application where you can choose your output device and boost the the volume and sound quality)

The input will only work if my Output is on Hands-Free AG Audio. However, the sound is very distorted. If I put the Output on Pro Stereo, the Input does not work at all.

Is there a way I can have the output on Pro Stereo and still use my airpods as a mic?

Thank you

Windows, Windows 10 (19045)
