iOS 18.1.1 is long gone. The current version is iOS 18.3
Make sure that you have a strong Wi-Fi Internet connection, fully charged battery and at least 12 GB or more of free space on your iPhone. 15 GB would be better.
Tap Settings > General > Software Update
What happens?
