Sending videos from iPhone to android

I have a 15 max pro. When I try to send video to android it says enable iMessage. It is enabled but message still comes up. How do I fix this?

iPhone 15 Plus, iOS 18

iMessages cannot be sent to an Android. Apple Inc does not provide SMS/MMS services.

To send images/videos/files to Android users (In a group or Individual) you need MMS enabled by your Carrier for the SIM that you use and then enable it in your Settings. See the Pic below

Videos sent to an Android Device through MMS may compromise video quality.

Upload your videos to the Files App on Cloud Drives (Google Drive, OneDrive, DropBox, Flickr, box, AmazonDrive, Adobe Creative Cloud etc) Then grant access to those files to your friends.
