I cannot sign in to cbssportsline.com with my refurbished iPad. Not safari not chrome. It gives this
this is after it makes me verify images. Then it just sits there and does nothing.

That would be an issue probably best addressed to the support resources for the CBS Sports service, since it's failing with multiple browsers. However, if you have any sort of VPN on your iPad, remove it and see if that makes a difference.
