Will there be another mini? I love mine, it actually fits in my hand and pockets. It has everything I need and don’t miss any of the other features. My work cell isn’t a mini and is too bulky for my liking. I don’t want to leave Apple, but I may have to if my cell stops working and they don’t make more smaller phones.

As kb1951 correctly suggests, this is a user to user only forum and we have no knowledge of Apple's future product plans. My guess (and it is a just a guess) would be no. Remember the movie "Field of Dreams?" It said, if you build it, they will come. So Apple built the Mini, but not enough people came to make them nearly as profitable as larger sized phones. If you owned Apple, would you invest the time and resources into making a device, which fewer and fewer people are interested in buying? Again, my guess only.
That said, when the day comes, if you feel another manufacturer builds a device which better meets your needs, you should definitely buy it. It won't likely come from Samsung or Google, however. They don't make any mini-phones. So your choices will likely be scant, to none.

The closest currently available is the iPhone SE. It's just slightly larger than the previous iPhone 13 mini.

Hello~ While I too feel the same…it’s likely you will in fact need to consider your options when you make your choice based on a larger sized iPhone. For me…it’s simple and I would never leave Apple. I have a mini and love it. It’s been the best device that I’ve ever owned but alas technology moves on…
