Bought in March ‘24 from Amazon but I didn’t use them. Kept them sealed. Decided to use them today, opened and the earpieces Dont charge past 61% and as soon as they are taken out of the case they disconnect. Rubbish build quality and they say out of coverage so left out of pocket.
Tried all solutions and nothing works.

Chances are the issue is with the rechargeable lithium batteries in your Beats, and this issue is not only with Beats, but with any electronics that use them ... and that is, if these batteries are left with little or no charge for extended periods of time (think months), they eventually lose their ability to be charged fully, or at all. This may be the case here.
Apple does offer a 1-year hardware warranty, but Amazon may have different warranty coverage.
