Restarting iPhone when unable to enter passcode

If after your iPhone comes back up, you still can't use touch on your screen, you'll need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options.

Try a forced restart.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
