I put a “ghost “ camera button on my screen that I can move around anywhere on the screen. But now I would like to remove it but forgot how I installed it. Does anyone know what I am talking about and/or how to remove it?

Try turning off Assistive Touch in Accessibility. Please follow this path,
iPhone > Settings > Accessibility > AssistiveTouch > Off
