Who replaced the screen? If it was Apple or an authorized Apple Service Provider, take the phone back and have them fix it. If it was fixed by someone else, it's likely that they did not have the proper equipment to replace a screen and keep Face ID working. You can try asking Apple if they would be willing to replace the screen properly but they may be unwilling to do so now that you've had an unauthorized party open the phone.
