How do I stop unwanted calls/texts from escort service on iPhone?

I would suggest blocking the numbers and reporting the messages as junk to Apple and your cellphone carrier. This should be relatively easy as long as you only want to block a few phone numbers:

Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Step 1:

• In Messages on iPhone select the message from the number you want to block
• Select the profile icon at the top of the screen
• On the page that appears, select Info (near the top right)
• Select Block Caller and confirm

Step 2:

• Now go back to the message
• Select Report Junk and confirm (this conversation will be reported to Apple as well as your carrier so that such junk messages can be better detected in the future; note, however, that this action alone does not block the caller)

If you follow these steps, you should stop receiving messages from the escorting services.

Blocking Texts and Calls:

Use two Apps…

A. Bouncer:

For text Messages, there is an app called Bouncer, which block messages out by keywords. Here is the link: Bouncer: Text Messages Blocker 4+ - App Store

B. Malwarebytes Mobile Security:

The free version blocks popups. The paid version blocks out known spam numbers, and lets you add number to the block list. So, consider using it. Settings>Apps>Phone>Silence Unknown Callers.

Turn that on. Only people in your contacts or numbers you have recently called or accepted calls from will be allowed through.

You may also want to try to find out where they got the number and address the issue at the source.
