How can I completely remove Shazam app from my iPhone?

Shazam is suddenly indicating "technical difficulties" when tapped to Shazam - including the following directions - "Please restart the app and we'll make sure we're ready for the next song."

However, that action yields no fix. Additionally, deleting the App from my screen is ineffective, as there is no way I have found to entirely remove the App from my iPhone 13. The App is apparently "burned" into the iPhone

Both phone and App ere up to date.

Correction- Shazam is not working. Only a momentary reprieve on my iPhone. Technical Difficulties is still the notice received

Well, now going to the website doesn't work either. I have full connection, there is no other noise and Shazam can't identify the song (a Sabrina Carpenter song - not something hard to figure out).

Has anyone found a solution? Could the problem be in the Shazam app? Or a conflict with IOS? I have 12 pro max. Running IOS 18.3. Wife’s mini 12 has working Shazam and is running IOS 18.2.1

I have a 12 Mini, running 18.3. That's when it broke. Must be an iOS conflict. Any way to contact Shazam?

Not that I can find. As far as I can tell there is no customer service available through Shazam.

Followed your directions and waited for the logo, however the Forced restart didn't work, sadly, in my case. Still seeing "Technical Difficulties" when starting Shazam.

I'm glad you're getting support from Apple directly. I'm sure they'll get this resolved for you and anyone else having an issue.

Mine is still not working. Tried calling Apple. First person couldn't help at all. Put me back on hold and I gave up after a solid hour on hold.
