If purchased directly from Apple, you may be able access your prior purchases - and possibly download a duplicate invoice - using the Apple Store App:

Having installed the App on another of your Apple devices, open the App and sigh-in using your AppleID. At top-right, you will see a button with your initials; this will open a pop-up from which you can select Orders. If the order for which you need a duplicate invoice is available, it will be found here.
