How can I change my email address for TEMU code?
TEMU is sendingcodes to some email account Apple sent them & I need the code to rfeturn items how can I give them my real Email account or retrieve this code

Why would apple send them an email? Apple has nothing to do with TEMU.
You perhaps mean you used "Sign in with Apple" and "Hide My email" when creating an account with TEMU?
If so, then emails are sent to a anonymized iCloud email which Apple forwards to your real iCloud email address.
Check your iCloud email for thew TEMU emails.
If not, you will need to log in to your account on TEMU and see what email it has for you there.
