How do I include home and iPhone in my text messages?

By "home" do you mean a landline number? If so, you don't. Landlines can't receive text messages.

If you mean how do you send and receive on two numbers this will be found in your iMessage settings, to include optional numbers and email addresses the same way. This can be found from Settings, then Apps, Messages and finally you will find Send & Receive. When you click that you will see a checkmark next to where you can send and receive iMessages. You can select one or all desired here.

When you create a new text message you have the option to send to multiple contacts.
