'Connection timeout occurred' error when connecting to wireless internet on a 2012 MacBook Pro

I'm having issues connecting to my wireless internet on my 2012 Macbook Pro, I have tried multiple things but no luck, it keeps popping up connection timeout occurred.I'm open for any suggestions please and thank you

MacBook Pro won't connect to internet after latest macOS update Since my last upgrade every time I turn on my MacBrook Pro it drops the internet connection. It says that "you are not connected to the internet" and the "!" is displayed in the tool bar. After two or three attempts to reconnect to the internet it will connect. Sometimes it drops again and sometimes it remains connected. The router is less than 4' from my laptop so That isn't the issue. Internet on my MacBook gets disconnected t every 5 seconds My mac can’t connect to the internet for more than 5 seconds. It can only connected for 5 seconds, and immediately disconnected by itself. I have tried every wifi that i have, and the result is still the same. I have tried the steps above, but it doesn’t help. I have tried to restart my mac or the router, but the result is still unchanged [Re-Titled By Moderator]
