If cash refunds are required by law

You can’t redeem or return Apple Gift Cards, App Store Gift Cards, or unused Apple Account balance for cash, except as required by law. • The primary email address that you use to sign in to your Apple Account
• The refund amount

Please contact Apple Support at 1-800-MY-APPLE and request that the transfer be reversed. Funds will be deposited back into the original account with several days.

Apple Pay is a payment conduit, not an account, it can't hold any money.

What exactly did you do?

Did you perhaps add found to Apple Cash?

Or did you add funds to your Apple Account?

Please clarify where the $100.00 is exactly. Only one of those locations will allow you to return the funds to a bank account or debit card.
