Why is TurboTax not working now on iPad 18.1.1 Either using app or website?

Can login to TurboTax both on app and website, active landing page is correct/updated on both app and website, but when selecting other tiles/continuing, page refreshes like its loading (blank page with greyed out fields pop up) then disappears. Anyone else having this issue? Have ensured app is updated, contacted intuit helpdesk and no idea why…

18.1.1 is 3 updates behind.

does this issue happen with any other apps or websites? Do you have any profiles installed or are you using a VPN?

Already did, prior to use of app AND website. That isn’t it.
