How do I resolve a 46.89 debt on a debit card for in-app purchases?

Hi I’m 14 and I have a debit card to buy stuff on apps and I purchased a game and I didn’t get notifications and my money was still on my account so I thought I still had money so I spent more now I’m in a 46.89 debt and I don’t know if this was an error or a scam but I have no way to pay it off can anyone help me and what do u guys think?
