So I left my Apple Pencil in my pocket and it went through the washer and dryer, I realized this once I put my pants on. I plugged it in, it connected but it’s been stuck at 1% for a while. I’m planning on getting a replacement, but I have apple care plus for my iPad and it came with it, does Apple Pencil water damage come in apple care+?

Water damage is typically not covered under the Apple Hardware Warranty. However, AppleCare+ does provide for accidental damage, and you may find that you can get a replacement for a reduced cost. To qualify, you needed to have purchased AppleCare+ when you purchased your iPad & Pencil together.
