Before and after upgrading to iOS 18.3, my wife is getting an error screen saying "There was an error fetching the data." Access to the event works with Chrome, and it works on her iPhone. Who else is seeing this?

I can only get into by events by accessing it through a laptop. I should not have to do that clearly. There’s no way to get in touch with Facebook whatsoever. This is going on three months for me.
