How do I revert iPhone from iOS 18.3 update?

How do I un-update?


This update is horrid for mobile email.

You can’t. Downgrading to previous versions of iOS has never been supported. Even if you erase and restore your iPhone it will be updated to the latest version of iOS which is 18.3


As for the Mail app you do know don't you that you can turn off the new options like categorizing and the category icons next to emails. You can also return to traditional list view if so desired.


Please explain what you mean by “horrid” and we’ll see if we can help you with options to change that.

It has never been possible to downgrade updates.


If there is something specific with Mail that you would like to discuss, free free to include that information. Most users have complained about not liking the Categories option found in other email clients as well, but that can easily be turned off so you have the normal list view like before.
