I bought a pair of AirPods Pro a year ago and noticed they caused ear ringing after a few months, despite listening at low volumes. I stopped using them, which helped, but the ringing persists possibly tinnitus. I saw a similar question gained attention and want to know what Apple has done about this issue?
Apple can’t address your medical issues.
Stop using them and go see your ENT or audiologist.
