TikTok offloaded on it’s own despite constant use

Hello! I am having an issue with the fact that TikTok offloaded on its own today despite me having used it just a few hours ago prior to me posting this. My phone is up to date with the software, I have more than enough storage as well, yet now I can’t open the app without having to “download it” again but obviously I can’t given to the ban that occurred. No one else around me is having issues, so it can’t be a server issue with the app. My account is also still available, so I know I didn’t get banned/flagged. I also do not have the “offload unused apps” feature on (which really wouldn’t matter because as stated, I use the app frequently). Is anyone else having this issue?

Apple has no reason to restrict TikTok. Apple is making money off of TikTok in virtually every other country in the world.

If your iPhone off loaded an app, it was done by space management algorithms on your iPhone. You can disable offloading in your Settings app.

Go to Settings>Apps>App Store>Offload Unused Apps and make sure that it's turned off.

Unfortunately, no matter how much you shout, there is nothing anyone here in this user-to-user forum can do. And, there's nothing Apple can do.

For now, I believe you can continue to see TikTok content through a web browser.

Federal law prevents both Apple and Google (Android) from adding TikTok to their App Stores. It also prevents Apple servers from connecting to TikTok servers, so no redemptions.

Contact your congressman and senators.

I understand that, I’m just stating that I never had this issue up until today. For the app to just randomly offload on its own in spite of me having everything updated properly, enough storage, and I had just used it. That’s the frustrating part.
