Starbucks app won’t accept Apple Pay

The Starbucks app won’t accept Apple Pay when reloading my card. It doesn’t work on either of my cards. Apple Pay works on all my other applications and in-store payments. This is an exclusive problem to the Starbucks app. @starbucks

Why is Apple Pay declining my card even though it works elsewhere? I've added my debit card to Apple Pay successfully, and it shows as active in the Wallet app. However, every time I try to use it at a store that accepts Apple Pay, the transaction gets declined. The same card works perfectly when I use it physically or for online payments outside of Apple Pay. I've tried restarting my device and removing/re-adding the card, but the issue persists. Apple Pay does not work with Apple Card any longer Apple Pay works just fine in stores, websites, apps except when I use my Apple Credit Card that is the default payment card. All other cards work fine. It used to work fine until a few months ago. No is declined every time. the card works outside of Apple just fine. Apple Pay with Apple Card does work only when using the Apple Store App.(not App Store)

My Apple Pay card keep getting declined, what can I do Each time I attempt to pay in stores with Apple Pay, and I select Apple Pay card in my wallet - hold phone to the terminal and when it prompts me to double click, I do so then I follow the next prompt to hold phone to the terminal and it declines even though I have more than enough money on card to cover the transaction. What can I do? It has happened so often and is so embarrassing that I have a card in hand to make my purchase.
