How can I redownload accidentally deleted movies on Apple TV?

I had accidentally deleted a few movies from my Apple TV and it says I can redownload it but when I do that, it doesn’t show back up again on my library, nothing happens. How can I get my movies back?

Deleted movies may get hidden for your account. Hidden movies can be made unhidden again, but you’ll have to do so on a computer. Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support

Deleted downloads can be re-downloaded. But they would need to be visible (unhidden) in your library. Redownload TV shows and movies that you purchased - Apple Support

The Apple TV app on iPhone (or iPad) will show the normal library when on Wi-Fi, but would need extra permission to use cellular when not on Wi-Fi (Settings﹥Cellular﹥[scroll down to apps list] TV app﹥). Else it will only show downloaded media.
