How do I request refund for unwanted charges

I didn’t have enough storage then I buy some but the right second I add the card they take the money that I didn’t want renew and I Send a refund but it didn’t accept it denied I want help Cz I want the money please

If you were billed when you added your card, then you had a previous purchase/subscription that had not been paid yet. You must cancel subscriptions using this method:

The subscription had already renewed because you did not cancel it. Not paying, does not make that go away. If you had signed up for a free trial, you have to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends to avoid charges.
