iPhone 16 Battery charging time

hello everyone

I have new iPhone 16, I have few questions

My daily charging time 40-45 minutes only when my phone battery drop 25-30% & 80% to discount it

this charging time good for battery heath? I usage an original apple 20-watt charger 3pin UK version & cable Ugeen 2m my phone good battery life, I usage my phone whole day. everyday morning I charge my phone usage whole day & next day morning charge my phone.
