Iphone 11pro not responding to touch - Unresponsive touch

It all started around january, It became unresponsive for a few times but it went normal when I close it. the third time that it got unresponsive, my dad went to a technician and he do a factory reset. It worked for a couple of hours, but when my dad went to check at it once again, It became unresponsive. for a few days it just randomly can touch, but only for a few minutes. my phone also have issues with the battery; when its 80%-60 it shutsdown randomly then it turns into 10%. I also bought a new charger, Which is I regretted. Before, I was using a third-party something adaptor and the original cable. for a few months my cable got broken, and also is the screen itself btw in my setting, it has a Unknown part - screen. going back to the charger, I bought it on one of the apps - Tiktok I do not want to mention it, but it is a fast charger and for sure an unoriginal one. When I knew it was probably the charger, I used my old adapter(third party one) then the new chord. It worked twice, but currently now it stopped working. Could anyone help me with this please ?😩

Restart your iPhone or iPad. · Make sure your screen is clean and free of any debris or water. · Disconnect any Lightning or USB-C accessories.

If the screen isn't working on your iPhone or iPad

Search for accessories that have completed MFi certification. Once an accessory has completed MFi certification requirements and is reported to Apple as sold/distributed, it will be searchable in our public database of authorized Lightning, headset, charging, iAP-enabled, and Find My network-enabled accessories.

Learn how to identify counterfeit or uncertified Lightning-based accessories.
