How to fix iPhone XS that turns off while charging and won't turn on?
hello here I want to tell you how to fix the iphone xs or other series that experience problems if charged while on and then left for a while until the screen turns off then the machine also turns off and if we try to turn it on it doesn't respond but after we remove the charger and wait a few seconds then the apple logo lights up. I experienced this for 1 week and maybe found a way to fix it. the first is don't use your usual charger. unstable electric current from the charger causes this because I've experimented hehe. if so make sure your cellphone is off and plug the charger into the laptop. now here when you want to plug the charger into your iphone, try long pressing the power button until the apple logo appears and quickly plug the charger into the iphone (because if you plug it in first the apple logo won't appear). make sure you still long press the power button until it enters recovery mode or whatever it's called basically there is itunes and a laptop image after that release the power button and restart your iphone by pressing the volume up then down then the power button. if it has restarted and entered the home screen try turning off your iphone again and if the iphone turns on and displays the apple logo when charging maybe this problem is solved. sometimes this happens again but if you do what I did. when the iphone turns off again then it will turn on again without having to remove the charger. if you still feel disturbed by this rather than letting your screen stay on while charging. it is better to set spotify while charging and this will not turn off the iphone because if there is something being worked on or running on your iphone then it will not turn off. maybe this problem is a bug or a hardware problem. sorry my english is bad
