How to obtain a purchase receipt for CleanMyMac software to cancel auto-renewal?

The app was a free trial for one week with an annual renewal fee if not canceled. But Mac Paw won't cancel without a receipt for the original "free purchase".

No option to cancel Canva Pro free trial I got an email saying that my free trial end soon, and I’ll start paying for Canva pro subscription in the coming days. The problem is, there isn’t a Cancel Subscription button, but only renewal plans. I emailed Canva, and they said that they cannot help with the issue I have.
