A few months ago i got my phone, at a apple store, with an apple employee and now my phone is telling me my screen is fake? How do fix the issue ?

It doesn’t necessarily mean the display is non-genuine. An ‘Unknown Part” notification can also appear if a part is not working as expected. You will want to visit your nearest Apple Store’s Genius Bar or an Apple Authorized Service Provider for diagnostics and examination.
