Export medication chart or more medication detail from Health App

Hello, the Medication module in the Health app is OK in that it allows you to enter your list of medications, the doses, the times, and then you can actually set reminders for doses etc.

But one of the critical applications of this is when you need to share your medication list with someone (i.e. health professionals). There is an export to pdf function, but all it lists is the names of the medications and the strength of the tablet or capsule, etc. It doesnt list the doses and times . E.g. it says "amoxicillin capsule 500mg" - it doesn't say "amoxicillin capsule 500mg. 2 capsules three times a day" (or 2 capsules 07:00; 2 capsules 14:00; 2 capsules at 22:00). The pdf is therefore fairly useless for the purpose of sharing with a doctor as it doesnt show the doses you take of each medication. Is there any way to print/export full information that was entered?

Also, there doesnt appear to be a way to edit a medication name after you have added it.
