Apple Cash Account Restricted

After adding money to my Apple account, it informed me that I needed to verify my identity. I entered my information and signed me new last name (recently had gotten married) Then I got the message that my identity couldn’t be verified and the only reason I can think of why it couldn’t be verified is that my name change hadn’t been registered yet completely in the government records for my social to come back under my new last name since I had just applied to have all my identification documents changed to show my new last name not even a day prior.

My question is, IS THERE ANY LINK OR EMAIL THAT I CAN SUBMIT MY MARRIAGE LICENSE AND MY DRIVERS LICENSE, OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENTATION I CAN USE TO VERIFY WHO I AM SO THAT THE RESTRICTION ON MY ACCOUNT WILL BE LIFTED? I can’t use the money in my account or even set up Apple Pay or add my Apple Cash account to my wallet app
