It’s working ok with other banks but for another bank i can’t add ApplePay to a debit and credit card, I have tried everything from placing the phone over the card to read the chip, manually entering the card details and the phone taking a photo of the card details?
What VPN? If you follow this path,
iPhone > Settings > General > scroll down > VPN & Device Management > tap VPN > you will see a VPN profile > remove/delete profiles
If there is no profile, you do not have a VPN.,

When you try to add a card, what is the exact error message you receive?
I have had several phone calls with the tech teams at the bank who spent an hour trying to sort it out, from waiting overnight to try again the next morning, they mentioned a white list, but still not working my end, I have removed some cards in the wallet to make more room.
Hi Jeff, the white list was some type of approval on the cards then they mentioned about Visa and Mastercard, we can’t find the reason why there’s some type of block to stop adding ApplePay, I can only assume it’s my new phone as everything worked perfectly on my SE and my I 6.
No need to remove cards, depending on the iOS you’re on, Apple Wallet holds a minimum of 16 cards. What did they say about a “white list”?
Hi Jeff, it’s both the debit card( Visa) and the credit card ( Mastercard) , I’m thinking it’s related to VPN as I don’t have an app for that to turn it off then reset it again.
The message says : Unable to add, try later, and contact the card issuer.
Unable to add a debit and credit card to ApplePay.
