disable work profile or toggle button to ON or OFF work profile

Android phones allows installation of work profiles using Microsoft Intune app, and when done, enables option to ON or OFF the work profile. OFF does not delete the work profile configuration. It just disables notifications and avoids updating emails etc. This is helpful to save memory or battery when work profile updates are not needed. However such basic option is not available in iPhone 15. Which is weird.
