I need to get back my end to end encrypted data

Hello. I recently forgot my phone’s passcode and had to reset my phone. I couldn’t access my old data and had to figure out a way to get my phone but not my old data. I need it back because I had important passwords in my notes that are locked and I can’t get back because it says that “my encryption key wasn’t found”. I’m desperate because I ALSO can’t get my instagram account without the password. I’m losing my mind. I need to get everything back as it was asap.
