iPhone 12 Pro stuck in boot loop/not charging

My iPhone 12 Pro is currently dead and wont even display the depleted battery logo when I press the side button. When I plug it in, I get stuck in an endless boot loop the entire time it's plugged in. I've tried different charging cables and I have the same issue. I've tried force restarting while it's "booting up" and it sends me to recovery mode. I can force restart from there and it actually starts to boot up and sends me to the home screen, but my battery shows 1% and no lightning bolt even though it's plugged in. It will stay alive for about 10 seconds then dies and goes back to the boot loop. I've repeated the whole process a few times but I'm stuck here.
