i think I’m experiencing a product defect this laptop has not been used very often but suddenly just randomly one day I experienced this cloudy blob in the left of display.

@bhanu5567 is correct that those blemishes on the lower left half of the display are most likely caused by liquid damage. If you used any liquid to clean the display, that liquid likely seeped between the edge of the glass & got inside.
It looks like the display is pressed or tightly hold at the corner .
It also looks like water marks on the display .
To make it clear take a data back up ,erase the disk and reinstall the latest OS.
If the mark is not visible it may be software issue, even you see marks after updates there is a hardware issue in device you need to visit Apple service provider for additional screening
